Digital Support Worker

Do you have a passion for supporting young people through online services? Are you great at supporting and motivating others to their best work? 

As a Digital Support Worker you will have heaps of empathy, resilience and autonomy, this role will ensure our volunteer-led service has the appropriate leadership and support. With demonstrable experience in delivering emotional support services through either telephone, webchat or email channels you’ll enable life changing experiences for young people make decisions around risk assessments and helping develop our innovative service 

Supporting with the development and training of volunteers, you’ll work across The Mix to ensure a high-quality user and data led support service.
