Become a Digital Connector

You’ll support vulnerable young people and connect them to vital further help. You could be the missing link between a young person and the help they need, whether that’s an advice service, support group or sometimes even a bed for the night. Our helpline is  open seven days a week between the hours of 4pm-11pm. Shifts  are split into three hour slots, please note that not all slots require additional volunteers, we’ll provide full information when you apply.

We provide full training and support during shifts as well as a social community for all our volunteers.

Successful applicants will be invited to one of our training courses – either online or in person. For Digital Connectors, a set-up call will be arranged to make sure you have everything you need.

Please note for this role you’ll require a competent level of computer literacy. If you are not confident with using a computer with multiple programmes active then please consider applying for one of our other roles.
