Introducing the Body & Soul Club

The Mix has teamed up with TOMS and The Vamps lead guitarist, James McVey, to promote body positivity and to take a stand on men's mental health. Together, the aim is to change the conversation around young male body image.

Working alongside TOMs, with the help of their Impact Grant, we’re launching the Body & Soul Club, a digital community committed to changing the conversation about body image, mental health and masculinity. Alongside this, we’re also growing our lifechanging support services for young people in the UK, helping even more under 25s to change their lives for the better.

The Body & Soul Club will launch with ten-new Young Ambassadors, who were recruited throughout August, September and October, and a team of 40 new volunteers.
