What’s the new Mix podcast?

The Mix Six Podcast is the unfiltered, unafraid, and unashamedly authentic podcast for young people, aged 11-25 years old.

From LGBTQI+ rights to relationships, drugs to discrimination and sex to stress – NOTHING is left off the agenda.

We chat to the experts, the celebrities, the young people doing amazing things. We listen to those real-life stories, celebrate life and tackle the issues that no one else wants to talk about. The issues that matter most to young people.

Why is it called The Mix Six?

ONE Guest. SIX questions. THIRTY minutes.

That’s right – it’s called The Mix Six because we ask each guest six questions around who they are and what they represent.

Those six questions cut right through to the heart of the problem or topic. It also means that we don’t waffle on for three hours talking about our favourite air fryers or if a zebra has ever crossed a zebra crossing.

Also, we’re the Mix, so we couldn’t pass on a name as good as ‘Mix Six’, right?

Who’s going to be featured on The Mix Six?

So far, we’ve interviewed…

– Owen Wood, winner of BBC’s Race Across The World

– Joe Wicks, The Body Coach

– Bella Lack, author and climate activist

– Lou Northcote, model and wellbeing activist

We’re always on the hunt for fresh and new voices that represent the young people of the UK. If you’ve got a great idea for a guest then get in touch!

When’s the podcast out?

It’s out now! It’s available wherever you get your podcasts (i.e. Spotify, Apple, Deezer, etc) and is also available to watch via our YouTube channel.
