The Mix will soon launch The Mix at Work; a brand-new and exciting tool that will help you connect with and support your young workforce.
The Mix know what young people want from work
The Mix is a digital charity with young people at its heart. We connect with and support over 2.5 million young people each year and we make sure that under 25s lead everything that we do. We believe that there’s a real opportunity to transform workplaces and businesses through adapting to and supporting young people and their needs.
Adapting to a changing workplace
The way we see and experience work has changed in the past 20 years. We use new technology, we work in different spaces and on more flexible time schedules and the organisations we work for are changing too. One of the main reasons for this is the changing expectations of young people entering the workplace; an issue that employers can often find challenging.
The Mix at Work can help you to speak the right language
That’s where we come in. The Mix speaks the language that young people speak and we can use this insight to help you understand and support your young staff, and improve your business as a result.
We’ve used our insight and expertise to create a tool that will help you achieve this. The Mix at Work will help you communicate with your young employees and to educate your HR teams on the best ways to engage, recruit and retain under 25s. Depending on your needs and the needs of your young workforce, we can tailor the perfect service for you.
