Hello can anyone help me with advice on the barring for dbs

I'm not on barred list well yet received letter from disclosure & barring services saying this but I've applied for an enhanced disclosure as I want to work in care there letter continued to say I have been referred to barring but my conviction is spent my offence happened 2005 can I be put on the barred list
